We love smoothies! They are the perfect breakfast or snack and you can pack them full of vegetables and fruits. For a little protein, put in a scoop of nuts, hemp or chia seeds, or almond butter! Our favorite recipe includes a handful of greens, a banana and whatever fruit we have around.
